Born in Phoenixville, PA on January 20, 1944, he was son of the late Herman P. and Mary (Huff) Wallace.
He graduated from Phoenixville High School in 1963 and served in the Army National Guard. He worked at Jones Motor Company in Spring City until its closing and then he worked for Keystone Mack in Norristown until his retirement.
